What do you need to bring? You. A mat. (you can borrow one of ours for free.) A bottle of water. We know what it feels like to be a beginner. We know how nervous or intimidated you may feel, but we assure you we all felt that way at some point. We are here to love you.

We look forward to seeing you in our classes.

I have been practicing yoga for 5+ years. Dealing with just everyday life I found yoga to be a calming outlet for myself. I certified in 2017 after training with Baron Baptiste, and began teaching shortly after. My goal is to help you get to where you want to be while keeping you safe.

I started yoga in December of 2014 when life changed its game plan for me. I was overweight and struggled with self love. In April of 2016 I became a certified instructor and haven't looked back. I love teaching fitness full time , and have lost 50+ pounds. My goal is to love people, and help them along their journey.

I started yoga in 2011 and fell in love. Since completing teacher training in Laramie, WY in 2012 I have had the privilege of teaching attending classes across the United States. I have experience in a large variety of classes including Prenatal. I believe in personal, and physical progression, discovery of compassion, and universal love through yogic discipline.

In Training
I started yoga in 2016 at Louisiana Tech University. Being a full time college student I quickly fell in love with the strength training in yoga, but the feeling when I left is what got me. Taking an hour to focus on me and being stress free. My goal is to be the best I can be for my students, and myself.
